Conscious Sexuality: Slowing Down to Feel More
I recently had the pleasure of joining Tantra Talk Danmark for a conversation about conscious masturbation and what sexual mastery truly means.
We explored how much of modern sexuality is shaped by pressure, to perform, to last, to “get it right.” But tantra offers another way. It invites us to slow down. To breathe. To feel.
For me, sexual mastery isn’t about control. It’s about presence. When we stop rushing toward orgasm and start listening to the body, pleasure expands naturally. The nervous system softens. Sensitivity deepens. What once felt like tension becomes awareness.
We also spoke openly about the struggles many men carry in silence, anxiety, premature ejaculation, and shame. Healing doesn’t begin with forcing the body, but instead it begins with reconnecting to it gently and consciously.

At its heart, this episode is an invitation to slow down and turn self-pleasure into a practice of awareness rather than performance, allowing intimacy to become something nourishing, embodied, and real.
Some key things we talk about:
Sexual mastery is about presence, not performance.
Slowing down allows pleasure to expand naturally.
Many sexual challenges stem from tension, not inadequacy.
Conscious self-pleasure builds sensitivity and nervous system capacity.
Real intimacy begins with reconnecting to your own body.
If you feel ready to explore your sexuality in a more conscious way, I would love for you to listen.
