These foods create tension and density in the body. Energetically, they make you rigid. Physically, they restrict blood flow and elevate stress levels.

How they affect sexual health:

  • Blood Flow: constrict blood vessels, increase blood pressure. Within 30 min of eating salt, your arteries contract and narrow, reducing blood flow to your genitals.

  • Nerves: dull sensation, increase muscle tension

  • Hormones: elevate cortisol, suppress testosterone

These foods can lead to sexual numbness, erectile issues, and a general sense of disconnect from your body.

Expansive Foods: False Fire

Examples: sugar, alcohol, fruit juice, excessive raw foods

  • Nerves: overstimulate, then desensitize
